1.1 The Kuro Manga Reader App is a client that allows you to read manga from various sources that are not owned or controlled by the Developer. The App acts as an intermediary between the user and the external manga sources.

1.2 You acknowledge that the content provided through the App is sourced from third-party websites, and the Developer does not have control over the availability, accuracy, legality, or quality of the content provided by these external sources.

1.3 The App may display advertisements as a means of generating revenue for the Developer. By using the App, you agree to receive such advertisements.

2.1 You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any content you access or share through the App.

The "App", including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by "Kuro Dev" and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 The Developer does not claim ownership of any manga content available through the App. The App acts as a platform to facilitate access to external sources and does not possess any rights or control over the content.

4.1 The Developer respects your privacy and does not collect any personally identifiable information through the App.

5.1 The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, in whole or in part, without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm the App, other users, or third parties.

6.1 The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
